About Me

Portrait of Stephanie Tubbritt, CX & Ops Consultant

I'm Stephanie - a calm, detail-focused support and operations specialist with a background in luxury eCommerce, customer service, and logistics.

I've handled everything from engraving personalised jewellery, managing repairs and replenishment, to daily inboxes and wholesale returns - and I know how overwhelming it can get behind the scenes.

I love helping brands bring calm to the chaos - with empathetic customer support and streamlined internal systems.
